| Fall 2011 Hey there everyone, so sorry for the delay in reports this year. Well the fall season was one of the best in years, with an average of 6 to 12 fish days. Met many new friends and everyday was a journey in its self. Getting ready for the winter steelhead which is just around the corner, generally first of Jan we start heading for the South Umpqua, the Smith and all the costal rivers for those pigs. Had my traditional Thanksgiving trip over to the elk and sixies and the salmon fishing was off the hook. I'm either getting older or the fish are getting bigger but got handed my a** more than once, maybe a little of both.
