Time frame:
A typical day is what you want it to be, hitting the water before first light or what time fits your non schedule. Eight hours on the water is typical, but depending on the client and the fishing can go for much longer. Snacks and beverages are provided on a guided trip, due to the restictions of serving food to clients you will need to bring your own lunch.
Gear:
Fishing for steelhead, a 6, 7 or 8 wieght rod perferably a 9'6" to 10' is what is recommended with a weight forward line. Most of the fishing is nymphing with multiple flies and a strike indicator. If your into tight lining, clear fly line seems to work the best. Jeff will have a assortment of flies and tippet. You will need your own personal gear, a Oregon fishing license along with a steelhead tag which is included with a non-annual daily license.
Special treat:
Each client will receive a CD with images of their fishing experience, photographed through out the day.
